banana finely chopped 1/2cup
Boiled , peeled and chopped potato1/2cup
1/2 cup pomegranate kernels
1/2 tablespoon kishmish
1/2 tablespoon peanuts
1/2 tablespoon apple finely chopped
coriander leaves finely chopped 1 taboespoon
thick curd ,mint coriander chutney , sweet tamarind dates chutney 1/2 cup each
chat masala 1/2 teaspoon
Roasted cumin powder 1 teaspoon
In a plate, arrange the puris. Break the puris from the center to create space for the stuffing and chutneys.
Stuff the chopped potatoes in the pooris. Now add the chopped bananas , apples, pomegranate kernels , kishmish , peanuts on top of the potatoes in the puris.
Add the sev on top in a way that each poori gets covered with sev. Finally garnish with coriander leaves and then julliened beetroot.
At this stage you could sprinkle some chat masala, roasted cumin powder .
Yummy and healthy stuffed pani puri is ready to relish.
