In a mixing bowl add chickpea flour,chilly powder,turmeric powder,garam masala,coriander powder,salt,garlic paste,asafetida powder and 4_5 tablespoon water
Mix well and make semi liquid consistency batter
Washington the spinach leaves and dry with kitchen towel
Cut the steams
Now apply cheakpea batter on each of the leaves
And role it like cigars shape
Now heat the oil and fry all spinach cigars till became crispy
Now sprinkle chat masala on cigars
Serve with ketchup
