Ingredients

  • 1 bowl Rava


  • 1 cup chocolate syrup


  • 1 cup curd


  • 1 cup milk


  • 2 tablespoons rooh afza


  • 1 bowl sugar coated saunf


  • 2 tablespoons oil

Directions

  • Firstly take Rava in bowl add chocolate syrup and make dough and cover with muslin cloth for 1 hour.
  • Meanwhile put curd, milk and rooh afza in grinder and grind it and make pink lassi.
  • Then take dough and again knead it. With the help of rolling pin and board make roti and with the help of cutter make Panipuri.
  • Then put oil in kadhai heat it then deep fry all Panipuri from high to medium flame.
  • Now take lassi put in Panipuri and also put sugar coated saunf and enjoy this sweet Panipuri.
