Ingredients

  • White peas gravey 1/2bowl

  • Murmure/Puffed rice 1 cup

  • Mixture 2tbsp

  • Nylon sev 3tbsp

  • Onion finely chopped 2tbsp

  • Tomato. Finely chopped 2tbsp

  • Carrot grated 2 tbsp

  • Chat masala 1/4tsp

  • Coriander leaves finely chopped 1tsp

  • Lemon juice drizzle as per taste 1/4tsp

  • Kosher Salt as per taste 1/4tsp

  • For White peas gravey Boiled White peas 1 cup

  • Boiled potato 1 cup

  • Onion 1/2 roughly chopped

  • Ginger 1/2inch

  • Garlic 8 pods

  • Green chilli 1

  • Tomato 1/4cuo finely chopped

  • Turmeric pwdr 2 pinch

  • Garam masala 1/4tsp

  • Oil 2tbsp

  • Water 1 cup

  • salt as per taste 1/4tsp approximately

Directions

    To make white peas gravey

    Take frying pan add oil to heat.

    In the mean time crush with help of your hand grinder onion, ginger, garlic n green chilli .

    Once oil is heated, add the crushed masala into the oil and sauté for 5 mins.

    Add tomato and cook till it's mushy.

    Now add turmeric pwdr,garam masala, chilli powder and sauté for 2 minutes .

    Now add boiled potato and sauté till oil start coming from sides.

    Add water n cook for 10 minutes. white peas gravey is ready .

    Assembling: Take mixing bowl add peas gravey ,mixture, onion, tomato, cucumber,carrot,lemon juice,salt,chat masala give a nice mix .

    Now add murmure/Puffed rice Granish with sev and coriander leaves .
