White peas gravey 1/2bowl
Murmure/Puffed rice 1 cup
Nylon sev 3tbsp
Onion finely chopped 2tbsp
Tomato. Finely chopped 2tbsp
Carrot grated 2 tbsp
Chat masala 1/4tsp
Coriander leaves finely chopped 1tsp
Lemon juice drizzle as per taste 1/4tsp
Kosher Salt as per taste 1/4tsp
For White peas gravey Boiled White peas 1 cup
Boiled potato 1 cup
Onion 1/2 roughly chopped
Garlic 8 pods
Green chilli 1
Tomato 1/4cuo finely chopped
Turmeric pwdr 2 pinch
Garam masala 1/4tsp
Water 1 cup
salt as per taste 1/4tsp approximately
To make white peas gravey
Take frying pan add oil to heat.
In the mean time crush with help of your hand grinder onion, ginger, garlic n green chilli .
Once oil is heated, add the crushed masala into the oil and sauté for 5 mins.
Add tomato and cook till it's mushy.
Now add turmeric pwdr,garam masala, chilli powder and sauté for 2 minutes .
Now add boiled potato and sauté till oil start coming from sides.
Add water n cook for 10 minutes. white peas gravey is ready .
Assembling: Take mixing bowl add peas gravey ,mixture, onion, tomato, cucumber,carrot,lemon juice,salt,chat masala give a nice mix .
Now add murmure/Puffed rice Granish with sev and coriander leaves .
