Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 150 gms cauliflower


  • 100 gms carrot


  • 100 gms french beans


  • 100 gms mutter


  • 3 nos potatoes


  • 100 gms capsicum


  • 4 nos onion


  • 7-8 nos tomatoes make a puree


  • 1 tbsp gg paste


  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tbsp garam masala


  • 2 tbsp pav bhaji masala


  • 2 tbsp salt

Directions

  • Firstly cut all the vegetables and boil it by giving 3_4 whistles and the mash it well.
  • Heat butter add onion and cook till it is golden brown add gg paste and mix well ..
  • Now add all the dry masalas stir for few mins then add tomato puree and cook till oil seprares
  • Now add all the boiled vegetables and cook .
  • Mix it well and cook in low flame for 15 mins
  • Keep stirring in between.Cook till it starts leaving sides and oil seperates
  • garnish with coriander...serve hot with pav roasted with butter ..
