Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 250 gms masoor dal ( orange) soak for 3_4 hours 1 onion 1 head garlic 1 piece ginger 5_6 green chillies 1 tsp rajma masala 1tbsp red chilli powder 1 tbsp amchur powder 2 tsp garam masala 3 tbsp besan 3 tbsp oats Salt as per taste

  • 250 gms masoor dal (orange) soak for 3_4 hours

  • 1 onion

  • 1 head garlic

  • 1 piece of ginger

  • 5_6 green chillies

  • 1 tsp rajma masala

  • 1 tsp chole masala

  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder

  • 1 tbsp amchur powder

  • 1 tsp garam masala

  • 3 tbsp besan

  • 3 tbsp oats

  • 1 tbsp salt

Directions

    Grind dal along with green chillies ginger garlic andonion.

    Now mix all the dry spices oats and besan.

  • 03

    Now take a kadhai and cook the mixture till it starts leaving sides and the mixture turns to a lump

    Let it cool

  • 05

    Now greese your palm and give log shape and deep fry on medium flame till golden brown

  • 06

    Enjoy hot with green chutney.
