Readymade pani puri packet 1
Everest pani puri masala 2 tablespoons
Tamarind pulp 1 tablespoon
Roasted jeera powder 1 teaspoon
Black salt powder 1 teaspoon
Everest ka tikhalal red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
Salted boondi 2 tablespoons
Chopped coriander 1-2 tablespoon
Wild and mashed potato 1 cup
Boiled moong sprouts 1 cup
Finely chopped onion 1 cup
Directions
In a mixing bowl, take two to three glasses of water and 2 tablespoons of Everest ka pani puri masala
Now add roasted jeera powder, some black salt and some Everest ka tikhalal red chilli powder to it , according to taste
Add tamarind pulp, jaggery , Salted Bundi and chopped coriander also and mix well
Quick , Yummy, tempting and tasty pani puri water is ready to serve
For serving... in a mixing bowl with soft boiled and mashed potato boiled moong sprouts and chopped onions
Add some Everest ka pani puri masala, roasted jeera powder , some red chilli powder, some black salt according to test and chopped coriander also.. mix well and stuffing for Panipuri is ready
For serving , take pani puri , make pit in the pani puri carefully with finger or spoon
Put stuffing into puri fill it with ready pani puri water and serve immediately
