Ingredients
Serves 6
4 corn grated
3 potatoes boil and grate
1 cup oats grind in a mixer
1 tsp amchur powder
1 tsp chat masala
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp gg paste
2 tbsp coriander
2 tsp salt
2 onion ings for curry
4 tomatoes
1 tbsp khas khas soaked in 1 cup water for 30 mins
4_5 green chillies
8_10 garlic cloves
3/4 cup roasted peanuts
1 tsp turmeric
2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
2 tsp dhania powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp sabzi masala
1 tsp pav bhaji masala
1 tbsp tata salt
Directions
Method for koftas
In a non stick pan cook the grated corn till it is dry n starts leaving sides.
Off the flame n let it cool. Now mix all the above ings n make a dough.
Your dough should not very soft and not too hard.
Now make small round balls and deep fry on low flame.till golden brown
Method for gravy
Firstly make a paste of onion tomatoes green chillies garlic peanuts and khuskhus..
Dont over grind it.
Now heat oil in a pan add the onion paste. Add all the dry masalas and let it cook on low flame.
Keep stirring in between. Cook till oil seperates.
Roast the onion masalas nicely.
Now add 1 cup water & again cook till oil seperates.
Repeat the water process 2_3 times.
Now finally add the water according to the gravy to want and let it boil.
Lower the flame and let it boil for 10_12 mins.
While serving dip the corn balls. Serve hot with nan or chappat
