Ingredients

  • 3 corns grated 4_5 boiled potatoes 3/4 cup roasted peanuts 3/4 cup oats 3/4 cup sabudana 3_4 green chillies 1 tbsp amchur powder 1 tbsp red chilli powder 2 tsp garam masala 1 tsp chole masala 1 tbsp chaat masala Salt as per taste


  • 3 corns grated


  • 4 boiled potatoes


  • 3/4 cup roasted peanuts


  • 3/4 cup oats


  • 3/4 cup sabudana


  • 3_4 green chillies


  • 1 tbsp amchur piwder


  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder


  • 2 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp chole masala


  • 1 tbsp chat masala


  • 2 tsp salt

Directions

  • Firstly we will cook the grated corn in a non_stick pan on low flame.
  • keep stirring to avoid sticking at the base Cook till its starts leaving sides and you get a thick lump.
  • Keep aside to cool. Now in a mixer jar coarsely grind sabudana oats peanuts & green chillies.
  • Now take a bowl and mix all the ings to make a dough.
  • Give the desired shape snd deep fry on medium flame. till crispy and golden brown
  • Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
  • Enjoy this yummiiì starter with your family & frends with a cuo of tea or coffee.
