FOR PURIS: - add semolina, oil and refined flour in a bowl. Mix well.
Knead a soft dough by using water and keep aside for 15 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan.
Take a small ball from the dough and roll it in to a thin circle.
Cut the puris with the help of round shape cutter.
Deep fry these puris until golden and crispy.
FOR STUFFING: - mix salt and chat masala powder in apple and guava pieces. It's ready.
FOR GUAVA WATER: - add guava, sugar powder, black Salt, chat masala and lemon juice in a blender and blend until smooth puree.
Add chilled water in it. Mix well.
Sieve and pour into the glasses.
