Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • FOR PURIS:- semolina 1 cup


  • Refined flour 1 tablespoon


  • Oil 1 tablespoon


  • Oil for frying 2 tablespoons


  • FOR STUFFING: - 1 apple cut in small pieces


  • 1 guava cut in small pieces


  • Salt 1/2 teaspoon


  • Chat masala 1 teaspoon


  • FOR GUAVA WATER: - ripe guava 2 roughly chopped


  • Sugar powder 6 tablespoons


  • Black salt 1/2 teaspoon


  • Lemon juice 1


  • 1 teaspoon Chat masala


  • Chilled water 2 cup


  • FOR APPLE WATER: - apple 2 peeled and roughly chopped


  • 2 teaspoons Chat masala


  • 1 lemon juice


  • 1/2 teaspoon Black salt


  • 5 tablespoons sugar powder


  • 2 cup chilled water

Directions

  • FOR PURIS: - add semolina, oil and refined flour in a bowl. Mix well.
  • Knead a soft dough by using water and keep aside for 15 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Take a small ball from the dough and roll it in to a thin circle.
  • Cut the puris with the help of round shape cutter.
  • Deep fry these puris until golden and crispy.
  • FOR STUFFING: - mix salt and chat masala powder in apple and guava pieces. It's ready.
  • FOR GUAVA WATER: - add guava, sugar powder, black Salt, chat masala and lemon juice in a blender and blend until smooth puree.
  • Add chilled water in it. Mix well.
  • Sieve and pour into the glasses.
  • FOR APPLE WATER: - add apple, sugar powder, chat masala, black Salt, Lemon juice in a blender and blend until smooth puree.
  • Add chilled water in it.
  • Sieve it and pour into the glasses.
