Hibiscus Beetroot Halwa

3 natural red hibiscus flowers petals
Wash the beetroot and peel off the skin, and great them.
Clean the hibiscus flowers and separate the petals.
Take a pan, pour ghee,beetroot and hibiscus petals along with the ghee.
Just mix them well. Add sugar and stir.
After 2 minutes add 200 ml into that mix. And cardamom.
Dry up the milk into the halwa.
After drying the halwa becomes to a thick mix.
Add fried cashew nuts for garnishing.
After cooling, the mix can be made into any shapes like square,diamond, or round.
