Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 100 gms kala vatana soaked over night


  • 2 onion finely chopped


  • 5 tomatoes finely chopped


  • 1 piece of ginger


  • 8_10 garlic cloves


  • 4_5 green chilies


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp turmeric


  • 1 tsp sabzi masala


  • 2 tsp rajma masala


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 2 bay leaves


  • 1 tbsp salt

Directions

  • Firstly boil the vatana give 4_5 whistle. make a paste of ginger garlic & green chillies
  • Heat oil in a pan add ginger garlic paste n stir cook till it is pinkish and leaves the aroma .
  • Now add onion n bay leavez n saute nicely till it is pinkish and transparent .
  • Now add all the dry masalas mix well and add tomatoes n cook on low flame.
  • When tomatoes are well cooked and start leaning oil add boiled vatana and cook for on low flame till oil floats.
  • Serve hot with chappaties ..
