Firstly boil the vatana give 4_5 whistle.
make a paste of ginger garlic & green chillies
Heat oil in a pan add ginger garlic paste n stir cook till it is pinkish and leaves the aroma .
Now add onion n bay leavez n saute nicely till it is pinkish and transparent .
Now add all the dry masalas mix well and add tomatoes n cook on low flame.
When tomatoes are well cooked and start leaning oil add boiled vatana and cook for on low flame till oil floats.
Serve hot with chappaties ..
