Heat a pan and add refined oil 2 tablespoon
Add cumin seeds and splited chilli's,let it crackle.
Then add chopped onion,ginger, garlic and fry for 2 mins.
Add chopped tomatos,cumin powder,,coriander powder ,red chilli powder and turmeric powder and fry.
Then add frozen or fresh corn and the finely chopped bottle gourd with the masalas and stir until the masalas leaves oil from it.
Add 1/2 cup of boiling water to the bottle gourd if needed and cover the pan with a lid and cook under low flame
Stir in between the cooking process as it may stick to the pan.
Add suger , salt and mix well until the bottle gourd becomes dry.
If done then garnish the cooked corn bottle gourd with a teaspoon of melted ghee and chopped coriander (dhania) leaves.
