Firstly peel the boiled potatoes and cut into 2 half
Spinkle salt red chilli n amchur powder on potatoes and mix well.
Now take a serving bowl and place sum potatoes
Now put sun onion over it.
Now put sum curd 1 tbsp green chutney 1 tbsp tamarind pulp.
Now sprinkle sum chat masala over it.
Garnish with nylon sev and serve
