Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Prwan 14nos or 200grams fried

  • 2 large onions finely Sliced

  • 1 tomoto finely chopped

  • 1 ginger grated

  • Garlic pods 10 (finely chopped)

  • 2 green chilies Julian

  • Sugar 1 pinch

  • Garam masala 1 tsp

  • Fish masala 1/2tsp

  • Red chilli powder 1tsp

  • Turmeric powder 1/4tsp

  • Salt to taste 1tsp

  • Mustard oil 2tbsp

  • Water 3 tbsp

Directions

    Place a frying pan add oil,once heated.

    In the mean time, crush the ginger,garlic and green chilli using hand pastel

  • 03

    Add the crushed ginger,garlic, green Chilli to frying pan and saute for 1 minute,till the raw aroma goes off.

    Add onion slices, tomatoes into it and saute for 5 mins.

    Add prawn and all other masala into it and mix well everything.

    Add water to it

    Let the masala cook completely and oil start coming from sides.

    Serve hot.
