Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 1 packet maggi

  • 2 boiled potatoes

  • 3/4 cup sabudana grind to a powder

  • 2 tbsp gg paste

  • 2 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1 pkt maggi taste maker

  • 2 tsp amchur powder

  • 2 tsp chat masala

  • 2 tsp chole masala

  • 1 tbsp salt

  • 1/4 cup coriander leaves

  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Directions

    Firstly boil maggi and leave it in a strainer to drain tbe water. Do not over boil it.

    Now take a mixing bowl and mash potatoes.

    Add the sabudana powder

  • 04

    Now add maggi to the mashed potatoes

  • 05

    Now mix all the other ings and mix it well To form a dough

  • 06

    Now give the desired shape as per your choice & deep fry on medium flame till golden brown & crispy.

    Serve hot with sauce or green chutney..
