Firstly boil maggi and leave it in a strainer to drain tbe water.
Do not over boil it.
Now take a mixing bowl and mash potatoes.
Add the sabudana powder
Now add maggi to the mashed potatoes
Now mix all the other ings and mix it well
To form a dough
Now give the desired shape as per your choice & deep fry on medium flame till golden brown & crispy.
Serve hot with sauce or green chutney..
