FOR PURI:- add semolina and refined flour in a bowl.
Add one tablespoon oil in it. Mix well.
Knead a soft dough by using water and keep aside for 15 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan.
Take a small ball from the dough and roll it in to a thin circle.
Cut the puri with help of a round shape cutter.
Deep fry these puris until golden and crispy.
FOR FILLING: - peel potatoes and cut it in to small pieces.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on it. Mix well.
Break puris in centre and arrange in to a plate.
Add potatoes in it.
Add green chutney on it.
Beat the curd. Put it on golgappa puris.
Sprinkle chat masala , cumin powder and red chilly powder on it.
Pour some tamarind sauce on top.
Garnish with pomogranate pearls.
Serve it.
