Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • For puri:- Semolina 1 cup


  • Refined flour 1 tablespoon


  • Oil 1 tablespoon


  • Oil for frying 2 cup


  • FOR FILLING: - curd 2 cup


  • Boiled patatoes 3-4


  • Tamarind sauce 2 tablespoons


  • Green chutney 1 tablespoon


  • Chat masala 1 teaspoon


  • Red chilly powder 1 teaspoon


  • Cumin powder 1 teaspoon


  • Pomogranate pearls 1/2 cup


  • Salt 1 tea spoon

Directions

  • FOR PURI:- add semolina and refined flour in a bowl.
  • Add one tablespoon oil in it. Mix well.
  • Knead a soft dough by using water and keep aside for 15 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Take a small ball from the dough and roll it in to a thin circle.
  • Cut the puri with help of a round shape cutter.
  • Deep fry these puris until golden and crispy.
  • FOR FILLING: - peel potatoes and cut it in to small pieces.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper on it. Mix well.
  • Break puris in centre and arrange in to a plate.
  • Add potatoes in it.
  • Add green chutney on it.
  • Beat the curd. Put it on golgappa puris.
  • Sprinkle chat masala , cumin powder and red chilly powder on it.
  • Pour some tamarind sauce on top.
  • Garnish with pomogranate pearls.
  • Serve it.
