Ingredients
Serves 2
For Puri 1/2Cup all purpose flour
1/4 Sooji/Semolina
1/4 teaspoon salt
Water to make dough 1/2 cup approximately
vegetable oil, for frying 2 cup approximately
Filling: 1 cup yellow peas boiled 1 large potato boiled and mashed Ground black pepper powder 1/4 tsp Red chili powder 1/4 tsp 1/4 cup fresh chopped coriander leave Chaat masala 1/4 tsp Roasted cumin and red chilli powder powder 1/4tsp salt to taste
Pani 1-Spiced shot 1 teaspoons sugar 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder 1 teaspoon chopped mint Red chili powder 1 pinch Pani puri masala 1 tbsp Lemon juice 1 tsp Salt to taste
2-Tamarind shots 2 tbsp tamarind pulp 1 tsp pani puri masala
3-Sweet lime n orange shots Blue citrus 2 tsp(store bought crush) 1 cup water Chat Masala 1 tsp
Green chutney shot 2 tbsp of green chutney 1/4 cup of water salt to taste
Directions
For Puri Mix together the sooji, wheat flour and salt in a bowl.
Add enough water to make a soft dough.
Cover and let it sit for about 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, pour 1 inch of oil into a large deep skillet or wok and heat the oil
Divide the dough into equal parts (size of berry and roll approximately 1 1/4-inch-diameter discs.
Slip the discs into the hot oil one at a time, working in batches, flipping them with a slotted spoon as they puff up until light brown.
Drain on a paper-towel-lined-tray and let cool. They will continue to crisp as they cool.
For Filling Mix everything in a mixing bowl and filling is ready
1-Spiced shot Add all together in a mixing bowl and mix properly
2-Tamrind chutney shots Add water to tamrind chutney and some pani puri masala to it and mix well in the mixi g bowl.
3-Sweet lime n orange shots Add 1 cup water to 2 tbsp of crush add little chat masala to it ,in a mixing bowl and mix well.
4-Green chutney shot Take 2 tbsp of green chutney add 4 tbsp of water and add Chat masala and salt to a mixing bowl and mix well
