Ingredients
Serves 2
chicken wings 7 nos
SPRIG Chilli Oil 6 tbsp
oyster sauce 2 tbsp
water 75 ml
roasted peanuts 1 tbsp
scallions, cut into large sections 3 nos
slices ginger 4 nos
SPRIG Cinnamon Sugar 1 tbsp
cloves 5 nos
garlic, sliced 5 nos
star anise 1 nos
vinegar 1 tsp
SPRIG Six Pepper Medley to coat 1 tsp
Salt as per taste 1 pinch
Directions
Heat the chilli oil in a pan and add the star anise, add the ginger and garlic and cook till it browns.
Add the cinnamon sugar to the pan add in the chicken wings and let it brown on all side.
Add the vinegar, water and oyster sauce. Cook till all the liquid has gone.
Garnish with spring onion, toasted peanuts and a crack of pepper medley.
