Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 50 gms grated raw papaya


  • 100 gms finely shredded cabbage


  • 50 gms finely shredded carrot


  • 50 gms finely sliced capsicum (red/yellow/green)


  • 50 gms chopped spring onion


  • 1 nos green chilly (optional)


  • 5 tbsp sprig toasted sesame oil-


  • 20 gms ginger


  • 1 tsp sprig coconut sugar


  • 1 pinch salt as per taste


  • 1 tbsp soy sauce


  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Directions

  • Combine the coconut sugar with the soy sauce, lime juice and salt.
  • Add the sesame oil and grated ginger to this. Combine well to make a dressing.
  • Mix all the vegetables in a large bowl. Add the dressing and toss well.
  • Garnish with the chopped spring onion.
