Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 2 cups meringues : meringues


  • 4 nos large egg whites


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1/4 cups sugar


  • 8 ml sprig all natural vanilla extract or 1 split sprig madagascar bourbon vanilla bean pod


  • 2 tbsp vanilla bean pod : caramel sauce


  • 1/2 cups sugar


  • 1-2 tsp sprig demerara sugar infused with real vanilla / cinnamon


  • 2 tbsp butter


  • 100 ml cream

Directions

  • Drop the colours on the inside of a glass and twirl it so that the colours spread.
  • Mix the vanilla sugar with the cola and lemon juice.
  • Fill the glass with crushed ice pour the cola mix and top with vanilla ice cream.
  • Garnish with nuts.
