2 cups meringues : meringues
4 nos large egg whites
1 pinch salt
1/4 cups sugar
8 ml sprig all natural vanilla extract or 1 split sprig madagascar bourbon vanilla bean pod
2 tbsp vanilla bean pod : caramel sauce
1/2 cups sugar
1-2 tsp sprig demerara sugar infused with real vanilla / cinnamon
2 tbsp butter
100 ml cream
Directions
Drop the colours on the inside of a glass and twirl it so that the colours spread.
Mix the vanilla sugar with the cola and lemon juice.
Fill the glass with crushed ice pour the cola mix and top with vanilla ice cream.
Garnish with nuts.
