Grilled Fish with Almond and Chilli Tomato Salsa

Ingredients

Serves 7

  • fish fillets 3 kgs

  • Lemon or lime wedges 1 nos

  • For the salsa : roasted chilli oil 1/4 cups

  • Garlic infused olive oil, as needed 2 tbsp

  • diced or slivered almonds 2/3 cups

  • tomatoes, fresh, diced 1 1/4 nos

  • lemon juice 3 tbsp

  • salt 1/4 tsp

  • capers, drained for the fish 2 tbsp

Directions

    In skillet, heat the chilly and garlic infused olive oils. Stir in almonds; sauté for 2 minutes more.

    Stir in tomatoes, lemon juice, and salt; remove from heat.

    In a food processor, process mixture in short bursts till tomatoes are finely chopped.

    Stir in capers.

  • 05

    Grill fish brushed with chilly and garlic olive oil as needed.

  • 06

    Garnish with lemon or lime wedges with the salsa on side.
