Ingredients

Sprouted Ragi 1 cup
Coconut gratings 1 cup
Water 4 cup
Jaggery 1 cup
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/8 tsp
Ghee 2 tsp
Directions
Wash and soak ragi for 8 hours.
Drain off water.
Tie in a muslin cloth and allow it to sprout minimum a day.
Grind smoothly sprouted Ragi, coconut, Jaggery by adding some water.
Strain it.
Take a thick bottomed pan, combine sufficient water and ragi milk.
Bring it to boil finely.
Stir continuously in low flame till thickness.
Add cardamom powder and ghee.
Continue stirring until it leaves the edges and bottom.
Pour on ghee greased plate, allow it to cool in room temperature.
