Ingredients

Serves 5

  • 500 gms baby potatoes boil & peel

  • 5_6 onion finely chopped

  • 4_5 tomatoes chopped

  • 1 full head garlic

  • 5_6 green chillies

  • 3/4 cup coriander

  • 2 tsp red chilli powder

  • 2 tsp dhania powder

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric

  • 1 tsp garam.masala

  • 2 tsp sabzi masala

  • 1 cup curd

Directions

    Firstly coarsely grind tomatoes garlic green chillies coriander and onion. & keep aside..

  • 02

    Now take a pan and saute onion till it is light brown in colour.

    Now add the tomato mixture dry spicez and curd cook till oil seperates ..

    Now put the boiled potatoes mix well add little water and cook for few mins..

  • 05

    Off the gas garnish with coriander and serve hot with nan or chappatie
