Firstly coarsely grind garlic & green chillies
Now Heat oil in a pan and saute gg paste then add onion and saute till it is little brownish.
Now add methi and cook till it changes color and leaves aroma.
Now Add all the dry spices and mix well.
Now add gajar and mutter and saute nicely 3_4 times till oil seperates
Now add tomatoes mix well and let it cook on low flame covered .till gajar and mutter are tender.
Off the flame.
Enjoy with hot chappaties.
