Heat a cooker and add oil. Let the oil heat add parwal and potato. Stir it.
Fry it for 3-4 minutes on medium flame. Cover the cooker.
Once it turns light golden take it out and keep aside.
Add little oil in the same cooker. Heat oil and add cumin seeds . Fry it for few seconds.
Add onions and fry it for 2-3 minutes on medium flame. Stir it and add ginger-garlic paste. Fry it for 1/2 minute. Stir it.
Add tomatoes and mix well and cook for 3-4minutes. Reduce the flame to low.
Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, sabji masala and salt. Mix well.
Cook the masala for 1-2 minutes on low flame . Cover the cooker.
When oil separate from sides add fried vegetables and mix well. Cover the cooker and cook it for 3-4minutes.
Keep stirring in between and cook for 4-5 minutes. Stir it.
Off the flame. Parwal Aaloo Dry Sabji is ready .
Serve hot and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
