Thinly slice the bhindi diagonally.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add cumin seeds asafoetida turmeric powder fennel seeds powder aamchur powder and besan and mix well. Saute few seconds.
Add bhindi and mix well and cook for 3-4minutes stirring occasionally.
Add sabji masala, red chilli powder and salt. Mix well.
Add coriander leaves and mix well.
Serve hot with roti parantha
