Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 300 gms Bhindi


  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds


  • 1 pinch asafoetida


  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp Coriander powder


  • 1 tsp Fennel seeds powder


  • 1/2 tsp Aamchur powder


  • 2 tbsp Besan


  • 1/2 tsp Sabji masala


  • 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder


  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped


  • 1/2 tsp Salt or to taste


  • 2-3 tbsp Oil

Directions

  • Thinly slice the bhindi diagonally.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add cumin seeds asafoetida turmeric powder fennel seeds powder aamchur powder and besan and mix well. Saute few seconds.
  • Add bhindi and mix well and cook for 3-4minutes stirring occasionally.
  • Add sabji masala, red chilli powder and salt. Mix well.
  • Add coriander leaves and mix well.
  • Serve hot with roti parantha
