Ingredients

  • 150 gms cauliflower cut and put it in boiling water for 5 mins strain and keep aside 2_3 brinjal. 2 boiled potatoes 3/4 cup mutter 3/4 cup corn 3 capsicum 2 carrots 100 gms paneer 2 tbsp green chillues garlic n ginger paste 1 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 1 1/2 tsp amchur powder 1 1/2 tbsp dhania powder 2 tsp sabzi masala 2 tsp paneer masala 1 tbsp chaat masala Salt as per taste 1 tbsp lime juice Coriander for garniahing

  • 2 brinjal

  • 2 boiled potatoes

  • 3/4 cup mutter

  • 3/4 cup corn

  • 3 capsicum

  • 2 carrots

  • 100 gms paneer

  • 2 tbso green chillies garlic & ginger paste

  • 2 tso red chilli powder

  • 2 tsp amchur powder

  • 1 tbsp dhania powder

  • 2 tsp sabzi masala

  • 2 tsp paneer masala

  • 1 tbsp chat masala

  • 1 tbsp salt

  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves

    Cut all vegetablez in equal ( not very big not very small)

    Heat oil in a non stick pan .and saute gg paste

  • 03

    Add all the veges except potatoes.. add salt and let it cook on low flame..

  • 04

    Keep stirring in between. Check when the veges are about to cook add potatoes and mix well.

    Cook for sumtime . Till now all veges are cooked well.

    Now add all the dry spices and mix well put coriander.

  • 07

    While serving spring lime juice and serve hot with chappaties.
