Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 250 gmd small size baigan

  • 5_6 red tomatoes

  • 1 big head garlic

  • 5_6 green chillies

  • 1/4 cup coriander leaves

  • 1 onion

  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder

  • 1 tsp turmeric

  • 2 tsp sabzi masala

  • 1 tbsp dhania powder

  • 2 tsp amchur powder

  • 1 tbsp salt

    Coarsely grind tomatoes onion chillies coriander garlic.

    Now heat oil.in a cooker and saute the tomato mixture by adding dry masalas.

    Saute it nicely till oil seperates. Off the flame.

    Remove the half of the masala in a plate and let it cool.

    Now cut baigan in fill the tomato mixture in brinjal.

    Put the baigan in cooker and saute again nicely for 4_5 mins.

    Keep stirring till oil seperates. Now add 1/2 glass if water and give 1 whistle

    Your yummmiiii bharwan baigan is ready to serve hot with rotis. .
