Coarsely grind tomatoes onion chillies coriander garlic.
Now heat oil.in a cooker and saute the tomato mixture by adding dry masalas.
Saute it nicely till oil seperates.
Off the flame.
Remove the half of the masala in a plate and let it cool.
Now cut baigan in fill the tomato mixture in brinjal.
Put the baigan in cooker and saute again nicely for 4_5 mins.
Keep stirring till oil seperates.
Now add 1/2 glass if water and give 1 whistle
Your yummmiiii bharwan baigan is ready to serve hot with rotis.
