in a mixing bowl take finely chopped onion, boiled and mashed potato, boiled moong 1 tbsp , Everest pani puri masala and roasted jeera masala
Mix well everything and it is the stuffing
Cut the pani puri packet and take out all the puries . Carefully, make pit into each pani puri
Now take ready stuffing and stuff into each Puri
After stuffing for sweet curd in each Puri
Now top curd with some Imli ki Chatni
Lastly Sprinkle chopped coriander, some more Everest pani puri masala little Everest tikha lal , and garnish pomegranate pearls
Serve immediately and enjoy
