Ingredients

  • Ready made Pani puri packet 1

  • Everest Pani Puri Masala 1 tablespoon

  • boiled and mashed potato 1 cup

  • boiled moong sprouts 1 cup

  • finely chopped onion 1 cup

  • early chopped coriander 1 tablespoon

  • finely chopped mint leaves 1/2 tablespoon

  • roasted jeera powder 1 teaspoon

  • sweetened curd 1 cup

  • tamarind chutney 1 cup

    In a mixing bowl, take mashed potato , boiled moong sprouts, finely chopped onion , chopped coriander and mint leaves

  • 02

    Sprinkle Everest pani puri masala and roasted jeera powder on it and mixture

    this will be the stuffing for pani puri

    now take Pani Puri and carefully make pit in each Panipuri

    Take sufficient ready stuffing and put in the pitted puries

  • 06

    Now put sweet curd in each Puri and later put tamarind chutney in each Puri

    lastly top all puries with thin namkeen sev and some more coriander on it

    Sprinkle some Everest pani puri masala on top and serve immediately
