Ingredients

  • Ready made Pani puri packet 1


  • Everest Pani Puri Masala 1 tablespoon


  • boiled and mashed potato 1 cup


  • boiled moong sprouts 1 cup


  • finely chopped onion 1 cup


  • early chopped coriander 1 tablespoon


  • finely chopped mint leaves 1/2 tablespoon


  • roasted jeera powder 1 teaspoon


  • sweetened curd 1 cup


  • tamarind chutney 1 cup

Directions

  • In a mixing bowl, take mashed potato , boiled moong sprouts, finely chopped onion , chopped coriander and mint leaves
  • Sprinkle Everest pani puri masala and roasted jeera powder on it and mixture
  • this will be the stuffing for pani puri
  • now take Pani Puri and carefully make pit in each Panipuri
  • Take sufficient ready stuffing and put in the pitted puries
  • Now put sweet curd in each Puri and later put tamarind chutney in each Puri
  • lastly top all puries with thin namkeen sev and some more coriander on it
  • Sprinkle some Everest pani puri masala on top and serve immediately
