Ingredients

  • Oats - 1 cup Sugar - 1 cup (add or reduce as per taste) Ghee - 1/4 cup 2 spoon Water - 2 to 2 1/2 cup Food color - pinch diluted in water Cashew - as required Cardamom - 2-3 powdered

Directions

  • Add ghee in a thick bottom kadai,let it melts
  • add the oats and roast till it color changes and leaves the aroma
  • add water and diluted food color and let the oats to boil
  • Once oats boiled add sugar and mix well
  • add cashew and cardamom
  • mix well till the kesari separates from kadai
