Ingredients

Eggs 6
Everest Egg curry masala 1 teaspoon
Everest garam masala 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
Everest ka tikhalal 1/2 teaspoon
Salt 1 teaspoon
onion paste 1 cup
tomato paste 2 cups
ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
oil 1 tablespoon
chopped coriander for garnishing 1 tablespoon
Directions
first of all wash eggs and boil them in sufficient water for 5 minutes
later, let them cool for sometime and remove their peels
Now, in a heavy bottom pan heat 1 tablespoon of oil and add ginger garlic paste
immediately add onion paste, turmeric powder, and Everest ka tikhalal powder
Fry masala till oil separates
Now , add Tomato paste, 1 teaspoon Everest Egg Curry Masala and 1 teaspoon Everest Garam Masala and fry properly till oil separates
Now add three to four cups of water to the frying masala and let it boil completely till oil comes on the top
adjust salt according to taste
now add boiled and peeled off eggs to the boiling gravy ... mix well and cook covered on low heat for next 5 -10 minutes
lastly add some chopped coriander
