Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • Boiled , peeled and chopped potato1/3cup


  • banana finely chopped 1/2cup


  • 1/2 cup pomegranate kernels


  • 1/2 tablespoon kishmish


  • 1/2 tablespoon peanuts


  • 1/2 tablespoon apple finely chopped


  • coriander leaves finely chopped 1 tablespoon


  • 1/2 cup thick sweet curd


  • 1/2 cup thick coriander mint chutney


  • 1/2 cup sweet tamarind chutney


  • 8-10 puris or golgappas


  • sev 1 tablespoon


  • red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon


  • pani puri masala 1 teaspoon


  • Roasted cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon


  • 1/2 tablespoon julliened beetroot

Directions

  • In a plate, arrange the puris. Break the puris from the center to create space for the stuffing and chutneys.
  • Stuff the chopped potatoes in the pooris. Now add the chopped bananas , apples, pomegranate kernels , kishmish , peanuts on top of the potatoes in the puris.
  • At this stage you could sprinkle some pani puri masala, roasted cumin powder and red chili powder on the puris.
  • Top the stuffed puris up with the green chutney, sweet chutney and sweet curd.
  • Top the chutneys as per your liking and taste.
  • Add the curd in each poori. Now again sprinkle all the four dry masalas i.e pani puri masala, roasted cumin powder, red chili powder and black salt.
  • Add the sev on top in a way that each poori gets covered with sev. Finally garnish with chopped coriander leaves & julliened beetroot.
  • Serve Fruity golgappe/Puri as soon as you make it as the puris become soggy if you serve even after a few minutes.
