Boiled , peeled and chopped potato1/3cup
banana finely chopped 1/2cup
1/2 cup pomegranate kernels
1/2 tablespoon kishmish
1/2 tablespoon peanuts
1/2 tablespoon apple finely chopped
coriander leaves finely chopped 1 tablespoon
1/2 cup thick sweet curd
1/2 cup thick coriander mint chutney
1/2 cup sweet tamarind chutney
8-10 puris or golgappas
sev 1 tablespoon
red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
pani puri masala 1 teaspoon
Roasted cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon
1/2 tablespoon julliened beetroot
In a plate, arrange the puris. Break the puris from the center to create space for the stuffing and chutneys.
Stuff the chopped potatoes in the pooris. Now add the chopped bananas , apples, pomegranate kernels , kishmish , peanuts on top of the potatoes in the puris.
At this stage you could sprinkle some pani puri masala, roasted cumin powder and red chili powder on the puris.
Top the stuffed puris up with the green chutney, sweet chutney and sweet curd.
Top the chutneys as per your liking and taste.
Add the curd in each poori. Now again sprinkle all the four dry masalas i.e pani puri masala, roasted cumin powder, red chili powder and black salt.
Add the sev on top in a way that each poori gets covered with sev. Finally garnish with chopped coriander leaves & julliened beetroot.
Serve Fruity golgappe/Puri as soon as you make it as the puris become soggy if you serve even after a few minutes.
