1/2 cup potato boiled and mashed
2 tablespoon onion finely chopped
1 tablespoon carrot grated
2 tablespoon capsicum finely chopped
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
1 green chilli finely chopped
1 tablespoon coriander finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sabji masala
4 slices bread brown
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
oil for shallow frying 1 tablespoon
First, in a large mixing bowl take 2 boiled potato, 2 tablespoon onion, 1 tablespoon carrot, 2 tablespoon capsicum.
Also add ginger garlic paste, green chilli, coriander, salt and sabji masala.
mix well to ensure everything is combined well.
Now use a round shape cookie cutter and cut bread slice into round pieces.
Top bread slices with a tablespoon of prepared aloo mixture.
Sprinkle sesame seeds over aloo mixture. Now shallow fry in hot oil. Flip over and fry till the gold coin turns golden and crisp.
