Ingredients

Serves 8

  • 3/4 cup mint

  • 1/4 cup coriander

  • 2 tbsp roasted jeera

  • 2 tbsp jaljeera

  • 2 tbsp panipuri masala

  • 1/4 cup tamarind

  • 1 piece of ginger

  • 1 tbsp rock star

  • 3_4 green chillies

  • 1 tsp red chilli powder

  • 6 tbsp sugar

  • 1/2 cup salted boondi

Directions

    Firstly boil tamarind in 1 cup water for 5 mins. & let it cool.

  • 02

    Now put all the ings in a mixer jar and grind till you get a fine paste

  • 03

    Now add 3_4 glasses of water in the paste and strain twice.

  • 04

    Put boondi in water Put sum ice cubes

  • 05

    Enjoy yummii panipuri.. For the filling in puris use boiled mashed potatoes
