Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cups vermicille


  • 2 onion finely chopped


  • 1 boiled potato chopped


  • 1 carrot chopped


  • 2 capsicum chopped


  • 2 tomatoes chopped


  • 2 tsp cumin seeds


  • 2 tsp red chili powder


  • 2 tsp dhania powder


  • 1 tsp turmeric


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 2 tsp sabji masala


  • 2 tsp biryani masala


  • 1 tbsp salt


  • 1 tbsp lime juice


  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds let it crackle then add onion and saute till it is light brown
  • Now add capsicum and carrot and cook on mefium flame till they are tender and cooked well
  • Now add boiled potato and all the dry spices and mix well keep stirring and cook for few mins till oil seperates.
  • Now finally add the tomatoes and cook till tomatoes are mashed well.
  • Now add the vermicille and roast it well for 4_5 mins on low flame keep stirring continuously.
  • Now add 2 cups water and let it cook till water absorbs.
  • Garnish with coriander and squeeze sum lime and serve hot.
