Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 2 cups vermicille

  • 2 onion finely chopped

  • 1 boiled potato chopped

  • 1 carrot chopped

  • 2 capsicum chopped

  • 2 tomatoes chopped

  • 2 tsp cumin seeds

  • 2 tsp red chili powder

  • 2 tsp dhania powder

  • 1 tsp turmeric

  • 1 tsp garam masala

  • 2 tsp sabji masala

  • 2 tsp biryani masala

  • 1 tbsp salt

  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves

Directions

    Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds let it crackle then add onion and saute till it is light brown

  • 02

    Now add capsicum and carrot and cook on mefium flame till they are tender and cooked well

  • 03

    Now add boiled potato and all the dry spices and mix well keep stirring and cook for few mins till oil seperates.

    Now finally add the tomatoes and cook till tomatoes are mashed well.

    Now add the vermicille and roast it well for 4_5 mins on low flame keep stirring continuously.

    Now add 2 cups water and let it cook till water absorbs.

    Garnish with coriander and squeeze sum lime and serve hot.
