1/2 kg rawa
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp soda
1 carrot grated
1 capsicum finely chopped
1 onion finely chopped
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp amchur powder
2 tbsp coriander leaves
150 gms tur dal
1 potato 1 onion finely chopped
4_5 green chillies
8_10 curry leaves
2 tbsp kotamir
1 tbsb kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tbsp sambhar masala
2 tbsp tata salt
2 tsp mustard seeds
4 tbsp oil
1/2 cup tamarind pulp
Mix rawa and curd by adding little water and keep for fermenting for atleast 1 hrs
After fermenting If the batter is thick n add sum water accordingly add 3/4 tsp soda and steam for 7_8 mins or till done.

Same batter as above Just add onion carrot capsicum red chilli powder amchur powder Coriander leaves Mix well.
Finally give rai ka tadka to the batter Add 1 tsp baking soda
Mix well and steam for 8_10 mins or till done.
Have a toothpik test it should come out clean.
Method for sambhar
Boil tur dal along with 1 onion n potato cut into very small pieces.
Meanwhile in another pan heat oil add mustard seeds when they start spiltering add onion cut into lenghtwise and saute till pinkish.
Add green chillies curry leaves and stir well ..
Now add red chilli powder n mix well. Add the tomato puree salt and cook on medium flame till oil seperates.
Add the boiled dal ..but before adding the dal. Jst mix it well with the wooden dal ghotni so that onion and potato gets mashef and there are no lumps in dal
Add the tamarind pulp andlet it boil for 15_20 mins..
Finally at the last add sambhar masala stir well and off the flame..
Garnish with coriander. Now take 1 tbsp of oil anf 1 tsp of red chilli powder..and givev tadka.(optional)
