Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1cup vegetables al cut lengthwise(Karela,zuchchini,parwal,lady finger,paneer)

  • 1 small onion finely chopped

  • 3 large tomatoes

  • 9garlic pods

  • 1/2tsp garam masala

  • 1tsp Sabzi masala

  • 1/2tsp sukha dhaniya

  • 1/4th tsp haldi

  • 1/2tsp red chilli powder

  • 3tsp fresh coriander

  • 8-10tsp oil for frying

Directions

    Deep fry all the vegetables and keep them aside.

    Saute onion till pink and keep aside.

  • 03

    Make puree pf tomatoes and garlic.Cook it without using any oil till it gets dry.

    In a blender,again blend tomato and onion paste with the help of water.

    Saute the paste for 3-4mins whilst adding all the spices.

    Set the fried veggies in a plate.Pour this gravy ONLY AT THE TIME OF SERVING otherwise veggies will get soggy.

    Garnish with fresh coriander and cream.

  • 08

    Serve hot with roti or. parantha and some papad
