Ingredients

  • Maggie noodles 1 pack


  • Wheat flour 1/2 cup


  • Oreango 1/2 teaspoon


  • Everest Tikha Laal 1 teaspoon


  • Everest Kitchen King 1 teaspoon


  • Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon


  • Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon


  • Fine chopped onion 1/2


  • Fine chopped tomatoes 1/2


  • Refined oil 1 tablespoon


  • Water 1 cup


  • Salt to taste 1/4 teaspoon

Directions

  • Take a vessel and add flour, oreango, salt, turmeric powder, refined oil and water and make a fine dough.
  • Take a pan add add water, salt and noodles and boil them.
  • When boiled wash with cold water.
  • Take a wok and heat oil, crackle cumin seeds and add onions and fry them till golden in color then add tomatoes and fry it well, then add maggie tastemaker, boiled noodles and mix it all well, then add everest tikha laal, everest kitchen king and salt and mix it all well. And let it cool.
  • Take two equal portion from the dough and roll them into two equal round shape, add noodles on one part and cover it with another part.
  • Close the corners, like stuff paranthas.
  • Cook it nicely on tawa.
  • When cooked, serve hot.
