Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 250 grams drumstick


  • 1 cup roasted cheakpea flour


  • 1 teaspoon salt


  • 1 tablespoon garlic paste


  • 1/2 teaspoon turmaric powder


  • 1 tablespoon red chilly paste


  • 3 tablespoon oil


  • 1 teaspoon mustard


  • 1/2 teaspoon asafetida


  • 500 ml buttermilk


  • 3 tablespoon chopped coriender


  • 3 tablespoon chopped spring garlic

Directions

  • Peel the skin of drumstick
  • Cut it into 3 inch and give a straight cut
  • In a mixing bowl add salt,cheakpea,turmeric,red chilly powder,garlic paste,chopped coriander
  • Mix well and stuff this masala into drumstick
  • In a pressure cooker add oil heat it and add mustard,asafetida and stuff drumstick
  • Cook for 2 min.on medium heat
  • Now add rest of the stuff masala,buttermilk and mix well
  • Now cover the lid and make3 whistle
  • Cool it and serve in serving dish and garnish with chopped spring garlic and coriander
