Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 2 cups wheat flakes


  • 3 cups water


  • 2 onion finely chopped


  • 1 capsicum finely chopped


  • 1 potato finely choppef


  • 2 tsp mustard seeds


  • 5_6 green chillies


  • 7_8 curry leaves


  • 2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp haldi


  • 2 tsp sabzi masala


  • 2 tsp chole masala


  • 2 tsp amchur powder


  • 2 tsp chat masala


  • 1 tbsp salt


  • 3 tbsp oil


  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves

Directions

  • Heat oil in a kadhai and add mustard seeds.
  • When they start splittering add curry leaves and green chillies and saute it nicely for 2_3 mins.
  • Now add the chopoed onion capsicum and potato mix well and cook till potatoes are tender
  • Now add all the dry spices saute it nicely on low flame forc5 mins . Roast it well till oil seperates .
  • Now put water and cook on medium flame tiĺl water absorbs and you get a dry consistency..
  • keep stirring in between to avoid sticking at the base.
  • See that the flakes are cooked well if not then add some more water and let it cook
  • When cooked completely spring some lime juice garnish with coriander and serve hot.
