Heat oil in a kadhai and add mustard seeds.
When they start splittering add curry leaves and green chillies and saute it nicely for 2_3 mins.
Now add the chopoed onion capsicum and potato mix well and cook till potatoes are tender
Now add all the dry spices saute it nicely on low flame forc5 mins .
Roast it well till oil seperates .
Now put water and cook on medium flame tiĺl water absorbs and you get a dry consistency..
keep stirring in between to avoid sticking at the base.
See that the flakes are cooked well if not then add some more water and let it cook
When cooked completely spring some lime juice garnish with coriander and serve hot.
