First of all peel and wash the tindas.
With the help of holar or peeler,do the hole in the tindas for stuffing.
Now chop all the pieces of tindas which has come out of the hole.
Now take a kadai and heat oil in it.
Add hing and jeera in it .
Now add chopped onion and chopped green chilli in it.
Saute it for a while and add chopped pieces of tindas in it.
Saute it and mix it well.
Now add all the dry spices except Everest Subzi Masala.
Mix it and cover it with the lid.
Now in the mean while mash the paneer.
Add this paneer and subzi masala to the kadai.
Mix it and evaporate all the excess of water if it is there.
Now let it cool and stuff this stuffing into the tindas.
Put remaining stuffing on the tindas.
Now add little bit water in it.
Now cover it with the lid.
Pressure cook it for 2 whistles.
Now after 2 whistles simmer the gas for 10 to 15 min.
After that check whether it is done or not.
Of it is done then dry out the excess of water if it is there in the pressure cooker.
Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
