squeeze out excess juice from grated bottle gourd
in a mixing bowl take grated bottle gourd, chana dal flour ,ajwain, some turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt according to taste
By the time heat 2 to 3 cups of oil in a heavy bottom pan
Prepare small dumplings of the ready batter of grated bottle and deep fry koftas in hot oil the golden brown
Keep aside ready koftas or dumplings
Remove extra oil and keep one tablespoon of oil in pan
Splutter jeera
Immediately add some turmeric powder and red chilli powder
Now add ginger garlic paste and onion paste . Saute' till oil separates
Now, add Tomato paste, Everest sabji masala and Everest Garam Masala
Saute' till oil separates and add two cups of water and some salt to taste, to the masala
Allowe it to boil completely
Now add ready koftas to the boiling gravyy and cook covered for next 5 minutes
Lastly Sprinkle some chopped coriander for garnishing
Serve hot with Puri, paratha , Roti or rice
