Cook tuar dal, with pieces of drumstick, brinjal, onion and carrot
Add tamarind pulp, chilli powder and salt according to taste
Add Everest Sambhar masala and mix well
for baghar or tadka, heat 2 teaspoon of oil and add mustard seeds fenugreek seeds and one whole red Chilly
Now add curry leaves and Pinch of asafoetida
Add baghar or Tadka to the boiling sambar
Mix well and cook for some more time and yummy sambar is ready to serve
Serve hot with dosas, idlis, appam and enjoy endlessly
