For kachoriis..coarsely grind soaked daal in mixie with the help of very little water.
In a kadai,heat oil.put jeera,saunf,heeng,garlic paste and green chillies.saute nicely for a minute.
Add daal with salt,garam masala,red chilli powder and amchur
Cook on sim till the mixture is fully dry .keep aside and let it cool.
Take normal atta loyi,fill in 2tsp of mixture.seal the edges.roll for pooris and deep fry them.
For aalu: In oil,add heeng,jeera,curry leaves,green chillies,salt,sukha dhaniya powder,haldi and little amchur.
Quickly add boiled and diced potatoes to the masala.
Put 1 glass of water.and let it simmer for 5 mins.
Serve hot aalu with kachoriis and onions.
