Take all onion, ginger, garlic, bay leaves, add two tsp water in a mixture jar n grind it to make a smooth paste
Cut the parwal (pointed Gourd)n potatoes n wash them , now coat the parwal n potatoes with salt and turmeric powder, then in a kadai add oil and shallow fry them for 2-3 minutes
Then remove the parwal from oil n keep it aside
Now in the same kadai add 2-3 tsp more oil add Bay leaves, chopped onion, grinded paste, all the dry spicy masala, Lil salt, cumin powder, coriander powder n tomato puree n mix well then add the fried potatoes and parwal n saute
Cover it n leave it for 3-4 minutes then add warm water (1&1/2 glass) & cover it n cook it in a medium flame
Now check after 8- 10 minutes whether the parwal have become soft or not if has become soft then add garam masala n green coriander leaves n mix well n cover the lid for 2 minutes then off the gas
garnish it with coriander leaves, now it is ready to serve tastes best with both rice n roti, paratha
