Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 200 gms soya granules


  • 3 boiled potatoes


  • 5_6 bread slices


  • 2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 2 tsp amchur powder


  • 2 tsp chat masala


  • 2 tsp chole masala


  • 2 tsp sabzi masala


  • 2 tsp garam masala


  • 3 tsp salt


  • 2 tbsp coriander

Directions

  • Firstly boil soya kheema for about 12_15 mins.
  • Put it in a strainer Rinse it in cold water
  • And leave it strainer only for about 1/2 to drain the excess water.
  • Now churn the bread add the spices. Add the coriander.
  • Now add the boiled potatoes and mix it well
  • Now take soya kheema little by little and squeeze excess water and mix it with the potato mixture.
  • Mix it well and make a dough.
  • Now give the desired shape and deep fry on medium flame.
  • Serve hot with green chutney or sauce
