Ingredients

  • 1 bowl Oats

  • 1 tablespoon besan

  • 1 carrot grated

  • 1 cup cabbage grated

  • 1 capsicum finely chopped

  • 1/2 bowl peas grinded

  • 2 tablespoon Coriander leaves chopped

  • 1/2 bowl Paneer grated

  • 1 teaspoon Everest Chole masala

  • 1 teaspoon Everest Sabzi Masala

  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder

  • 1 tablespoon yoghurt

  • 1 onion

  • 1 inch ginger

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 1 tablespoon salt

  • 2 tablespoons oil

Directions

    In bowl put Oats, besan, cabbage, capsicum, peas, carrots, paneer, yoghurt, Sabzi masala powder, Coriander powder, salt. Mix all ingredients and give the round shapes.

    Then all kebab swallow fry in non stick pan.

    Then make fine paste of onion, ginger, garlic.

    Then take pan put oil heat it, then add cumin seeds spluter them.

    After that put onion paste, salt, Chole masala powder, Coriander powder and saute till oil separated.

    Then take plate put kofte and the put gravy.

    Garnish with Coriander leaves.
