Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 250 gms sprouted matki


  • 3 medium size onion make a paste


  • 6 tomatoes make puree


  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste


  • 7_8 curry leaves


  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder


  • 2 tsp rajma masala


  • 2 tsp kanda lehsun masala


  • 2 tsp garam masala


  • 2 tbsp salt


  • 4 tbsp oil


  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves


  • 1 cup misal namkeen or any mixed chewda

Directions

  • Heat oil in a cooker add gg paste saute for 2/3 sec
  • Now add onion paste and keep stirring till it is brown in color
  • Now add all the dry masalas curry leaves and stir it well
  • cook for 2/3 sec add tomato puree and cook till it starts leaving oil
  • Now put sprouted matki mix it properly add water and give 3 whistle .... Off the flame
  • After you open the cookeradjyst the gravy by addung water and let it boil in liw flame fir 12_15 mins.
  • while serving add sum chewda (mixed namkeen) and finely chopped onion put coriander leaves for garnishing
  • serve with bread or pav ..
