Heat oil in a cooker add gg paste saute for 2/3 sec
Now add onion paste and keep stirring till it is brown in color
Now add all the dry masalas curry leaves and stir it well
cook for 2/3 sec add tomato puree and cook till it starts leaving oil
Now put sprouted matki mix it properly add water and give 3 whistle ....
Off the flame
After you open the cookeradjyst the gravy by addung water and let it boil in liw flame fir 12_15 mins.
while serving add sum chewda (mixed namkeen) and finely chopped onion put coriander leaves for garnishing
serve with bread or pav ..
